The attention of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been drawn to the circulation of purported letters of employment/appointment allegedly emanating from the Commission.

Members of the public are hereby advised/warned that the Commission suspended its recruitment programme in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members of the public should disregard rumours of any form of employment/recruitment and treat recruitment/employment letters purportedly emanating from the Commission as a scam and report to the security agencies.
