Abubakar Bobboi Jauro was born on January, 1947 in Mayo-Ndaga-Mambilla
Plateau. He attend University of Zaira where he obtained
a B.A Combined Honors in Govt./History in 1972. He obtained
his M.P.A in Public Administration at the University of
ABU, Zaira in 1975. He attended the Citizenship and leadership
Training Course, 1974 at Kurra Falls, Jos, Nigeria; He was
a member of Provisional Council of College for Preliminary
Studies, Yola, 20th September, 1976-October, 1977. Member
of Provisional council of Advance Teachers' College, Jalingo,
November 1977 to June, 1979. Member Gongola State Committee
on National Heroes Register for Nigeria, 27TH June, 1978-1983.

He was formally Admin, Officer as Assistant Secretary,
Ministry of Finance North Eastern State, Maiduguri. June
